May 4. 23 miles Abingdon Shelter
Hiked a full day. Walked through a cow pasture and lots of Ridge walking. 10 miles left to Damascus where we will stay till Kendra leaves on Monday morn. Ahhhh we are ready to give our bodies some recovery time
