It has been good to see our family. Kendra's surgery went well and we were able to get her moved into her apartment at school We have enjoyed swimming in the lake. We love our bed! A kitchen to prepare food in and a refrigerator are almost too much for us. Daily showers have new meaning. We are living in two completely different worlds. It is interesting how the woods seems more normal to us right now. We even slept in a tent in the backyard one night because we wanted to enjoy the night.
Andy and Wendy had their yearly party so we were able to surprise them. Wendy's face was priceless. Had a blast and enjoyed all the food. Mmmmmmm.
We are heading back to Vermont today. Looking forward to being back in the mountains.
Seeing our family and knowing Kendra is healthy and all ready for school means the world to us. We are ready to continue our adventure.
